To ensure a pleasant working environment, our modern office space provides workstations equipped with a monitor and keyboard, but our flexible working arrangements means that employees can either be mobile, or use the office at their discretion. Soundproof conference rooms and meeting rooms are also provided.

Phoron also provides its employees with complimentary fresh fruit and beverages.  The communal kitchen and large dining area invites employees to have lunch together, and is also often used for short meetings and ‘catch ups’ with each other. In the immediate vicinity you will also find a variety of restaurants and shops as well as many leisure facilities such as a cinema and sports club.

Für ein angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld sorgt unser modernes Büro mit Freiraum-Arbeitsplätzen und schalldichten Konferenzkojen. Jeder Arbeitsplatz ist mit einem Bildschirm und einer Tastatur ausgestattet und kann individuell genutzt werden – somit ist keiner an seinen Arbeitsplatz gebunden.

Activities

Cohesion and good rapport with one another is an important aspect of working life. To encourage this, we organize staff events throughout the year such as the annual Christmas celebration and numerous social outings. The highlight of the month is our Phoron breakfast, where employees exchange information and provide updates on the latest news from projects and other areas of interest within the company.

We also encourage and support social activities within teams. Once a month the respective teams can organise a private event for team building purposes.

Work-Life-Balance

Family and friends are at the centre of our lives. We believe that good performance can only be achieved through the right balance of work and leisure. Therefore, we believe it is especially important to offer our employees the right opportunities to optimise the link between their work life and private lives.

Phoron Consulting is in the project business, this means irregular workloads, sometimes heavy, sometimes light. We at Phoron strive to minimise the impact of these heavy workloads by keeping the required travel periods as short as possible. After long and intensive projects, we offer the possibility for employees to arrange a sabbatical as a generous and ample period of recovery, so they can return to work revitalised and full of energy.

In addition to this, and with our consultation, a Home Office arrangement can also be organised.

Another important aspect of our sustainable human resource policy is to ensure the know-how of our employees is always up to date by providing them with the necessary training and education. Whether it be building a solid foundation of knowledge, or with further education in the latest technology and techniques.

Future Care

Workplace Health Promotion

The health of our employees is an important concern for us. For this reason, we want to promote and maintain the physical and mental health of our employees through certain measures and actions.

Our company doctor comes to our office at regular intervals and a work psychologist is also available to the employees as a contact person. For this purpose, we offer, among other things, regular check-ups in our house, in addition to individual workplace assessments, as well as vaccinations and vision tests, but also lectures on nutrition and exercise.

Pension Fund

Each employee can join a pension fund after a company affiliation of a minimum of 2 years and can have a portion of their salary converted and transferred to the pension fund. Phoron will pay a fixed amount, depending on your business.
