The Product
Flex.Purchase simplifies the communication with your suppliers. The transfer of vouchers and documents as well as updates and offers, documents and dispatch notifications will be automated.
Because Flex.Purchase is based on SAP-standard-applications no process changes or adaptations are necessary.
Every single access to the portal is logged (SAP application log). For that reason it is possible to perform a lot of reports, such as an overview of incoming requests or download of new versions of a document done by suppliers.
Procurement via the Flex.Purchase portal not only simplifies your business, but also your suppliers benefit from the fast, easy to use and paperless processing.
The module “price comparison” analyses every single offer and presents the result in a clear overview. This speeds up the process of the procurement department towards further purchase negotiations.
Potential suppliers can register themselves via the module “supplier self-report”. With the help of the SAP-functionality “vendor sub-range” it is already possible for suppliers to apply for certain selections of products and services given by the purchaser.
In case that the interested suppliers qualifies, the supplier information is already in the system of the purchaser and can be transferred easily.
