BEGAS - CRM
BEGAS uses the SAP CRM solution for displaying their service processes. Service operations can be automated based on standard maintenance intervals, with assignment to service technicians carried out through the CRM operation planning table.
Service technicians use the mobile client service solution to access the service operations assigned to them and to enter the relevant service feedback data. Invoicing for the work completed is also done in CRM.
Fault information as well as notes on customers enable modelling of a complete contact history to be used as the basis for evaluation and optimization.
