Three companies founded: HCL Beratung GmbH, solcom Consulting GmbH and Vision Pro IT & Business Consulting GmbH.
- 2004
The three companies merge into Phoron Consulting GmbH with the goal of becoming the most innovative company in Austria in the key area of management and IT consultancy.
Numerous projects executed countrywide and first international project acquired. All founding members have played an active part in Phoron Consulting GmbH from the very beginning.
- 2005
Division of the company into the following areas:
- Manufacturing
- Services (inc. telecommunications)
Achieved SAP Service Partner level by marketing SAP R/3 and SAP CRM.
Microsoft CRM partners
- 2006
Development of the functionally rich Phoron.pocket product introduces a new interface supporting mobile access to SAP via web browser to the market.
The company, with its 30-strong team of advisers, achieves about €5m in sales.
- 2007
Awarded Special Expertise Partner status by SAP for Netweaver and CRM.
- 2008
The Phoron Consulting Team includes more than 40 Consultants.
The division "Business Development" is established.
- 2009
Formation of the Phoron subsidiaries in Germany (Stuttgart) and Brasil (Sao Paulo).
Phoron is reappointed Special Expertise Partner for "SAP CRM" and appointed the only SEP for "SAP GRC" (BusinessObjects Governance, Risk and Compliance) in Austria.
Phoron Vienna moves to a new and bigger location inside the Office Campus Gasometer.
